At MKDigitalMarket, we strive to provide exceptional design services that meet your expectations. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this refund policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and our business.
This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and our procedures for handling refund requests. Please read it carefully before making any payments.

If cancellation occurs before any work has begun
If cancelled after consultation but before design work

Follow these steps to request a refund. We aim to process all requests promptly and fairly.

Include project details and reason for cancellation
We review request within 3 business days
Check project status and work completed
Decision communicated via email
Approval based on refund eligibility criteria
Refund processed within 7-10 business days
Same payment method used initially
Certain costs are incurred during the project process and cannot be refunded. These include:
Refunds are calculated based on work completed up to the cancellation point. Any work already delivered and approved is considered complete and not eligible for refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
We offer revisions as per your package. If still unsatisfied, we can discuss options based on work completed.
Maintenance services can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Refunds for unused prepaid periods are prorated.
We first attempt to resolve through revisions. If unresolved, we can involve a neutral third party mediator.
