Refund Request Process

Follow these steps to request a refund. We aim to process all requests promptly and fairly.

Non-Refundable Items & Charges

Certain costs are incurred during the project process and cannot be refunded. These include:

  • Consultation fees (if separately charged)
  • Third-party service costs (hosting, domains, plugins)
  • Stock images or assets purchased specifically for project
  • Work completed up to cancellation point
  • Rush fees or expedited service charges

Important Note

Refunds are calculated based on work completed up to the cancellation point. Any work already delivered and approved is considered complete and not eligible for refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

What if I'm not satisfied with the design?

We offer revisions as per your package. If still unsatisfied, we can discuss options based on work completed.

Can I get a refund for ongoing maintenance?

Maintenance services can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Refunds for unused prepaid periods are prorated.

What if there's a dispute about work quality?

We first attempt to resolve through revisions. If unresolved, we can involve a neutral third party mediator.
